Description
You require more sustenance compared to other races due to your large size and high energy expenditure. Instead of the normal rules for required sustenance, you need two pounds of food per day and can make food last longer by subsisting on half rations. Eating only one pound of food in a day counts as half a day without food. You can go without food for a number of days equal to 3 + his or her Constitution modifier (minimum 1). When you go a day without food, you gain a level of exhaustion (up to a maximum of 3 levels of exhaustion due to lack of food).
