Description
Due to your lightweight body, your carrying capacity is less than that of other races of Medium size. Your carrying capacity is your Strength score multiplied by 10 (instead of the usual 15). You also have disadvantage on Athletics check to shove and resist being shoved.
Additionally, you are unable to fly when you are carrying weight in excess of your carrying capacity and when you are wearing heavy armor. When you are wearing medium armor, your flying speed is reduced by half.
