Description
When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can expend one superiority die to attempt to destroy an item they are carrying. You add the superiority die to the attack’s damage roll, and the target must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, you shatter the object you choose. If the object is non-magical, it falls apart into broken fragments at the target’s feet. If the object is magical its enchantment is disabled until the next dawn.
Examples of carried objects include a weapon, a shield, a spell focus, a potion, etc. A worn object (such as a piece of armor or an item on someone’s belt) cannot be shattered by this maneuver.
Exhausting — After you make this maneuver you cannot make it again for 1 minute.
