Full Description
Quillbren resemble humanoid boars, standing between 5 to 6 feet tall. They have stout, muscular bodies covered in coarse, bristly fur, ranging from brown to grey shades. Their faces feature large tusks, sharp snouts, and beady eyes, giving them a fierce appearance. Protruding from their backs are rows of large, sharp quills, which they can use for defense or as projectiles.

Nature: Quillbren are tenacious, resilient, and resourceful. They are known for their stubbornness and fierce determination, making them formidable foes and loyal allies. A strong sense of community and kinship binds them together, and they are willing to go to great lengths to protect their own.
Culture: Quillbren society is tribal and hierarchical, with chieftains leading each tribe and shamans providing spiritual guidance. They have a deep connection to the land and nature, practicing druidic traditions and revering animal spirits. Rituals and ceremonies play a significant role in their culture, serving to strengthen the bond between tribe members and the natural world.
Quillbren are skilled hunters and gatherers, relying on the bounty of the land for sustenance. They are adept at using their surroundings to their advantage, crafting tools, weapons, and shelters from available resources. The quills on their back are not only used for defense but also crafted into weapons, tools, and ornaments.
Lifestyle: Quillbren tribes are nomadic, moving with the seasons to follow game and find fresh resources. They live in temporary settlements, often in dense forests or rugged hills, where they can easily blend into the environment. Their lives revolve around the hunt, gathering, and spiritual practices, with each member contributing to the tribe’s well-being.
While they can be territorial and defensive, Quillbren are not inherently aggressive towards other races. However, they are quick to defend their land and resources if threatened. Trade and alliances with other races are not uncommon, especially when mutual benefits are apparent.
Relations with Other Races: Quillbren are cautious but not unfriendly towards outsiders. They value strength, resilience, and respect for nature in their interactions with other races. Those who show a willingness to understand their way of life and respect their traditions can form lasting friendships and alliances with them.
Adventurers: Quillbren adventurers are often motivated by a desire to protect their tribe, explore the land, or seek spiritual enlightenment. They make excellent druids, rangers, and barbarians, utilizing their natural abilities, survival skills, and connection to nature to overcome challenges.
