Description
A paper tube packed with alchemical powder. As an action, you can light it and fire it skyward. It bursts about 100 feet up and burns for 1 minute, shedding bright light in a 60-foot radius and dim light for another 60 feet; at night it can be seen for miles. A flare works once.
