Lost Eye

Effect

One of your eyes is destroyed. You have disadvantage on Perception checks that rely on sight and on ranged attack rolls. If you lose your last eye, you’re Blinded instead.

Recovery

Only magic of 7th level or higher that restores lost body parts undoes it.
