Creatures

How creatures work in play. Each creature’s own entry, with its stat block where it has one, is in the Creatures compendium, and the reference tables are under Creature Tables.

In this section

• Creature Sizes: the space each size of creature controls.
• Stat Blocks: how to read a creature’s statistics.
• Creature Abilities: the library of creature traits and actions.
• Creature Compendium: where the compendium’s creatures come from, and using them in play.
• Creature Archetypes: building creatures quickly from eight combat roles (provisional).
