Academy, Lilandreon's Domain
Academy is the Divine Plane of magic, a scholarly realm of learning that stands for enlightenment and the arcane arts. Like every Divine Plane, it is known only through the Godspact and the dreams of mortals, since no mortal has yet entered it.
Patron
Section titled “Patron”The domain belongs to Lilandreon the Spellweaver, the Prime Deity of Magic. The Divines of Lilandreon’s court each keep one discipline of spellcraft within the realm: Ben’Jada the Conjurer holds conjuration, Jamalys the Diviner divination, Zekendryl the Evoker evokation, Palendyr the Enchanter enchantment, Brendazia the Illusionist illusion, Ephramis the Necromancer necromancy, Maryndea the Transmuter transmutation and Kendranys the Abjurist abjuration.
Landscape
Section titled “Landscape”Dreamers describe halls of study that seem to have no end: libraries, lecture rooms and practice grounds, each wing shaped by the discipline of the Divine who keeps it.
Inhabitants
Section titled “Inhabitants”Apart from the gods, accounts mention only quiet figures bent over their work and drifting lights that pass between the halls like spells half cast.
Glimpses by Mortals
Section titled “Glimpses by Mortals”Mages, sorcerers and arcane researchers of The Court of the Spellweaver are the most likely to claim visions of Academy, usually after long study. Raveni calendars honor Lilandreon on the Spellweaver’s Shroud, a holy day the Court keeps with particular care.
