Sanctuary, Mara'Anda's Domain
Sanctuary is the Divine Plane of peace, a realm of rest and healing that embodies compassion and unity. Like every Divine Plane, it is known only through the Godspact and the dreams of mortals, since no mortal has yet visited it.
Patron
Section titled “Patron”The domain belongs to Mara’Anda the Peacekeeper, the Prime Deity of Peace. No Divines are recorded as dwelling in Sanctuary, and the Peacekeeper is the only god associated with it.
Landscape
Section titled “Landscape”Dreamers describe quiet gardens, still pools and open halls where sound seems softened and nothing presses on the visitor. Many speak of waking rested, as if from a long sleep.
Inhabitants
Section titled “Inhabitants”Accounts mention no residents beyond the god. Some dreamers recall the sense of others nearby, resting or recovering, though none can say who they were.
Glimpses by Mortals
Section titled “Glimpses by Mortals”Mara’Anda is one of the Prime Deities of The Church of Holy Virtues, and visions of Sanctuary are often reported by the grieving, the wounded and those trying to end a quarrel. Raveni calendars open Maradassan, the Month of Peace, with Peace’s Embrace in Mara’Anda’s honor, a day given to stillness, compassion and reconciliation.
