Cephalon (Octopus)
The Cephalons are the octopus-folk of Vitaea, one of the Seaborn heritages. As a people of animal form, they are counted among Vitaea’s beastfolk, the many peoples who rose to sapience following the Great Awakening. Little else about them has yet been set down, and this page gives only the broad outline.
