Haku-Haku (True Humans)
The true humans are the peoples of Aradaea who remained human while their distant kin branched into the proto-races. Each heritage below is tied to a homeland, and most diverged through region alone: generations spent in a particular land, under a particular rule, gave each people its own customs, outlook and look. Only the Vedalken were changed by magic as well.
Most true humans live around a century, though the Vedalken can reach about 350 years. The Nehekarans are the oldest of these lines at some 80,000 years, the Vilderbaldians and Eninthalians date back around 60,000, the Kaladarans around 40,000, and the Vedalken are the youngest at around 20,000.
Their realms range from imperial and feudal states to the technocratic city-states of Kaladar, and their neighbors include nearly every other people of Aradaea.
