Bacchanal, Stevarion's Domain
Bacchanal is the Divine Plane of desire, a realm of revelry and creativity that represents celebration and indulgence. Like every Divine Plane, it is known only through the Godspact and the dreams of mortals; no mortal has yet set foot there.
Patron
Section titled “Patron”The domain belongs to Stevarion the Licentious, the Prime Deity of Desire. Six Divines share the realm, each ruling one appetite: Jeva’Dessyra the Lascivious over lust, Kar’Kendris the Avaricious over greed, Jul’Anatheon the Imperious over pride, Tom’Ezandra the Covetous over envy, Cil’Agorian the Ravenous over gluttony and Gav’Essra the Listless over sloth.
Landscape
Section titled “Landscape”Dreamers describe a feast that never ends: banquet halls, gardens and pleasure houses where music plays without pause and every table is full.
Inhabitants
Section titled “Inhabitants”Accounts rarely agree on who else lives in Bacchanal. Most mention endless crowds of revelers, though whether they are spirits, servants or simply part of the dream is unclear.
Glimpses by Mortals
Section titled “Glimpses by Mortals”Followers of The Church of the Indulgences, who hold that enjoyment gives life its meaning, speak of Bacchanal most fondly. Raveni calendars honor Stevarion with the Flames of Excess, a holy day associated with indulgence and a measure of chaos.
