Eldaari (Illithid)
The Eldaari are the mind of the Otaan given form. After The Rending, the Otaan, the last mortals of Terra, split their people in two: their minds became the Eldaari and their bodies the Wataari. Together the two peoples are known as the Arbiters, custodians of the Godspact.
