Vulyr
Vulyr is one of the districts of Ravena, the moon-city that links Aradaea and Vitaea. Under the Guildpact it is held by House Vulyr, the Pact guild of information, couriers and secret communications.
Character

The House’s day of the Deka is Vulasda, given to intelligence, subtlety, secrets and coded messages, and the festival of Blackheart’s Bargain, honoring Kar’Ondrys, falls on a Vulasda.
