The Guild of the Expressions
The Guild of the Expressions gathers the followers of the gods who find purpose in expressing themselves through creation. It is both a religious order and a body that organizes Geminaea’s many crafters and artists, connecting them and representing their interests across the realm.
Deities Venerated
Section titled “Deities Venerated”The Guild’s patron is Lennaryn the Maker, Prime Deity of Creation, whose realm is Forge, Lennaryn’s Domain. The Divines who serve under Lennaryn are:
- Waltenor the Shaper, of Craft
- Melodia the Musician, of Music
- Jontar the Sculptor, of Sculpture
- Jessar the Dancer, of Dance
- Krysan the Actor
- Chaedonis the Scribe, of Writing
- Hylara the Orator, of Speech
- Kevental the Painter, of Art
Tenets
Section titled “Tenets”The faithful believe that making something is a way of honoring the gods, whether the work is a tool, a song or a painting. Skill is valued, but so is the effort of learning it.
Clergy and Rites
Section titled “Clergy and Rites”Because the Guild is also an organization of working crafters and artists, its clergy often double as masters and teachers. Devotion takes the form of practice, apprenticeship and the dedication of finished works, and the Guild’s festivals tend to feature performances and displays.
Holy Sites
Section titled “Holy Sites”Workshops, studios, theaters and the halls of the Guild serve as its shrines, and many crafters keep a small altar where they work.
