Ancient

This section gathers the ancient historical figures of Geminaea: people and groups whose names have come down from the long ages before the present one. Their records are uneven. Some survive mainly as carvings, mosaics and tales that each favor a different side, while others are little more than a name and a title still waiting for their full story to be told. Where accounts disagree, the pages here say so rather than choose a single version.

  • Acheron Vethis: a figure whose life is told through a series of mosaics, from a dark birth at the hands of the Great Hags through a cursed and lonely youth.
  • Bashalar: a figure pictured both as a man and in another form, alongside images of the streets and ruins of Il-Aluk.
  • Malagar the Black: a name that has outlived most reliable records of its bearer, remembered variously as conqueror and protector.
  • The Nine Champions of Ola’Vandyr: a group whose title links them to Ola’Vandyr, though their deeds are not yet recorded.

For figures of the modern age, see the Neoteric section.
