The Propagation Era is the third era of the Genesis Timeline, following the Formation Era and lasting around 500 million years. Where the first stars had burned out quickly, the Aethyr Stars of this age are smaller, longer lived and far more stable, and the galaxies born at the close of the previous era settle into lasting shapes. It is a quieter and slower span than the eras before it: matter gathers, systems take form, and the universe prepares the ground for worlds.
Major Events
Section titled “Major Events”- Steadier stars: Aethyr Stars form smaller and burn longer, holding their Aethyr rather than spending it all at once.
- Settling galaxies: the Aethyr Galaxies consolidate and stabilize.
- The first world: the era ends when the first Astral Exoplanet forms.
Legacy
Section titled “Legacy”The Propagation Era marks the turn from a universe of brief, violent lights to one of lasting structures. Its steadier stars are the first able to hold worlds around them, and the exoplanet that closes the era is the first solid ground the histories record. Scholars of Aethyr see in this age an early form of the balance that runs through so much of Geminaean thought: energy endures when it is held in check.
