About

Section titled “About”

The Neoteric (Modern) Timeline is the fifth and most recent of the periods of Geminaean history, running to the present day. It opens with the Convergence Crisis and the creation of Ravena, the moon that keeps the twin planets apart, and goes on through the colonization of Ravena, the War of the Moon and the founding of the Guildpact. It also covers the growing influence of the Eldaari and the events of the current Ascendant Era.

The Eras

Section titled “The Eras”
  • Convergence Era: the planets drift toward collision, and a coalition of arcanists creates Ravena to stop it.
  • Lunar Era: the race to the moon, the War of the Moon, the long peace of the Guildpact and the hidden Eldaari plot.
  • Ascendant Era: the present age, in which the Phoenix Chryseum confront the Eldaari and their god, Eldaar.

Legacy

Section titled “Legacy”

The Neoteric Timeline is the world most Geminaeans know. Ravena’s guilds, its shuttles and its mixed culture all belong to it, and the study of Aethyr has reached its greatest sophistication in this age. Its story is still being written.
